His extensive experience in these positions has sharpened his customer service skills and provided valuable insights into the needs of travelers and hotel guests.

Following that, Marcelo spent 1.5 years dedicated to Revenue Management for short-term rentals in the UK and Europe. This specialized knowledge makes him a valuable asset to our revenue management team.
