During his childhood, Lucas wanted to become a professional athlete. Fueled by his strong sense of competition, he loved the idea of mastering a sport. With a Master's degree in Management and IT (Business Administration) from Ghent University, and further enriched his expertise with a postgraduate program in Applied Artificial Intelligence at the EHB.

As the CTO at Otamiser, Lucas is responsible for overseeing all technological aspects of the company. This includes making crucial decisions about technology investments and ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and security of the tech stack. His true passion revolves around harmonizing business processes with technology, consistently seeking inventive approaches to harness the power of AI in the day-to-day operations.
You and Otamiser, How Did it Happen?
My fascination with technology and its potential to streamline business processes had always been a guiding force in my career.
Studying alongside Bart-Jan Leyts, we shared a common vision of leveraging innovative technology to revolutionize industries. When the idea of Otamiser was conceived - a platform that employs cutting-edge technologies to help travel agencies increase their online visibility - it seemed like the perfect opportunity for me.
It was the ideal intersection of my interests and professional background, making it a natural fit. Having a shared history and vision with Bart-Jan made the decision to join Otamiser even more exciting.
Since then, it's been a remarkable journey of continuous growth and innovation.
