Hiring: Sales account Executive
At Otamiser we believe in the power of unburdening and optimizing the digital presence of independent hotels, B&B and other short-term rental owners. We innovate how revenue management is done in independent hotels all over Europe through our very own developed algorithm.
Founded not even 2 years ago, we are literally exploding form a tiny student startup to almost in a scale up phase. Founded as an IT company but more and more evolving in a hybrid IT/people business with a HUGE human factor.
We work hybrid; that is a combination of working from our offices in Ghent and your home office (if you like this).
About the position
As a Sales Account Executive you will play an essential role in Otamiser as you will have a massive impact on our growth. Our sales team shares the Otamiser success story with hoteliers, B&B and other short-term rental owners around the world and helps them understand the value of Otamiser offers to improve their revenue management through visibility on OTA's.
With you as an extra Account Executive, Otamiser can grow even faster and stronger!
- You are a true Hunter with a dedicated approach to prospecting
- Analyze data related to hotel performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of revenuemanagement strategies to increase occupancy rates, ADR (Average Daily Rate),and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
- Conduct regular audits of hotel profiles on various OTAs(Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, Trivago) to ensure accurate and optimized content.
- Monitor competitor pricing, availability, and market demandto recommend pricing adjustments and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and revenue optimization strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to revenue management and OTAs.

Atributes we are looking for 'that would be nice also'
- Experience with the Technology/SaaS is a major plus!
- Experience with the hospitality sector is a big plus!
- Experience in prospecting strategic decision makers and executives.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Speaks Native Dutch (and fluent in English).
